Rev Elisha was the founder and Director of Wycliffe Malaysia.  He has also served as a Regional Director for the Asia-Pacific Area, and Wycliffe International Director of Church Engagement covering countries in the Pacific, Asia, Africa and Latin America.  After serving 19 years in Wycliffe since 1992, he has moved on to a new mission agency.

From 1982 – 1992 he served as a pastor in Raub AOG, Gospel Assembly in DU and His Sanctuary of Glory in Puchong.  Married to Phyllis they have 2 grown-up children and 2 granddaughters.
